The Made for This camp is designed for children ages 5-11 years old to help your kid discover hidden talents, skills and passions as they explore different art disciplines and physical activities. Each day they explore a theme around their identity, their God-given desires, and their purpose in life.

All of this play and learning helps them move beyond a lonely life of consumption to an abundant life of exploration, discovery and serving the people around us.

The Made for This camp will be held from July 9-11, 2025 from 5:30-8 pm and a closing church at the park on July 13, 2025 at 10:00 am

The Made for This camp will be held at the McCutchanville Park in the soccer area. We will meet to start in the shelter house. The park is located at 10151 Petersburg Rd, Evansville, IN 47725.

Reservations are not required for attendance, but appreciated.

Liability Release and Parental Consent Form. 

In consideration for the registration for the above program, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, property damages or which may hereafter occur to me as a result of participation in said event. This release is intended to discharge in advance Northside Community Church, its officials, officers, employees, volunteers and agents from liability, even though that liability may arise out of perceived negligence on the part of persons mentioned above. It is understood that some recreational activities involve an element of risk or danger of accidents, and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assignees. Parental Consent: I give consent for my registered child to participate in the above activities, and I execute the above liability release on their behalf. Consent for Treatment I hereby give my consent to have the registered child treated by emergency medical personnel, a physician, or surgeon, in case of sudden illness or injury while participating in the above activity. It is understood that Northside Community Church will provide no medical insurance for such treatment, and that the cost thereof will be at my expense. By registering for this event, I have read and understood the foregoing registration liability release and parental consent form, and agree to all of its terms and conditions.

Release for Sports and Arts Camp Photo Release Form for Minor Children

I hereby authorize Northside Community Church to publish the photographs taken of me and/or the registered minor children, and our names, for use in the Northside Community Church websites and for display in the facility. I release Northside Community Church from any expectation of confidentiality for the undersigned minor children and myself and attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of the children registered and that I have the authority to authorize Northside Community Church to use their photographs and names. I acknowledge that since participation in publications and websites produced by Northside Community Church is voluntary, neither the minor children nor I will receive financial compensation. I further agree that participation in any publication and website produced by Northside Community Church confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release Northside Community Church, its contractors and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation or the participation of the undersigned minor children.
